This is a great product for cleaning your sails -It is  environmentally safe and does the job - We believe that 4Lb’s of Sail Wash is the proper amount for the majority of the sails and 60-75 gallons of water is ideal. If you are washing a Sunfish or Windsurfer sail then 2LB’s of Sail Wash and 20-30 gallons of water will be fine, if you have exceptionally large sails then you will obviously need a larger container, more water and more Sail Wash. Directions: fill the container of your choice with very warm but not hot water. Stir in the amount of Sail Wash based on the above information, let the product activate for 15 minutes while stirring occasionally. Place sail in the container and submerge the sail. Soak the sail for 24 hours, stir water occasionally and if possible massage and agitate sail by hand. Drain water after 24 hours and rinse the sail thoroughly. Repeat the process if deemed necessary, if not dry completely before use or storage. Not for use with nylon sails

This Boat Wash uses our hydrogen peroxide technology as its active cleaning agent, that mixed with various “green” detergents, alkalis and wetting agents gives you a very undisruptive cleaning agent when it comes to ocean, lake, river or any aquatic life. We made it very low foaming and it has a pleasant citrus scent, this way when cleaning with the Boat Wash it does not raise any flags of attention, high foam coming off a boat is reason for concern nowadays, same goes for chemical odors. When mixed with water millions of tiny bubbles are created, these bubbles help clean, they get down in the fiberglass pores and actually lift debris to the surface for easy cleaning. Mixing directions are simple, just a ½ cup of Boat Wash to 1 gallon of water (warm when possible), stir periodically for 10 minutes prior to use to fully activate the solution. Bucket and scrub brush, mop or sponge the Boat Wash on, wipe with a dry towel or hose off. For cleaning boat bottoms with algae growth mix product stronger 2 or 3 times as strong, spray thick coat on with a “garden style” pump sprayer, let sit for at least an hour and pressure wash off (if you have the time let the product stay on for a few days or a week, it will completely dry up and wash off easily).
